Dr. Silva graduated from the National Autonomous University in Nicaragua and completed his internship and residency at The Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn and Queens (an affiliate of Cornell University). He also completed a fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Silva is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine and Geriatrics.

Manuela DeLaCruz, MDManuela DeLaCruz, MD
Pulmonologist

Dr. DeLaCruz graduated from Universidad Autonoma De San Domingo School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency at The Catholic Medical Center of Brooklyn and Queens (an affiliate of Cornell University) in 1986. Dr. DeLaCruz is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.



Christopher Sinesi, MDChristopher Sinesi, MD
Radiation Oncologist

Dr. Sinesi graduated from Brown University in Providence Rhode Island before attending Boston University Medical School where he graduated in 1982. He completed his residency training in radiation oncology at the M.D. Anderson Hospital and Tumor Institute. Dr. Sinesi is Board Certified in Radiation Oncology and is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Radiation Oncology at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond.

Elke Friedman, MDElke K. Friedman, MD
Medical Oncologist

Before graduation from the Medical College of Wisconsin, Dr. Friedman worked part time as a Mental Health Technician for St. Michael's Hospital in Stevens Point, WI, while she worked on her baccalaureate degree in Biology and Psychology, from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. After receiving her Medical Degree in 1996, Dr. Friedman completed her residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond,VA.
