Bon Secours Health System offers Home Healthcare. This one-on-one
care is available to help you recover and assist you with
your daily activities.
Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses Provide
The Following Services:
- Care coordination
- Diet education
- Intravenous therapy
- Medical / surgical care
- Nursing instruction
- Psychiatric nursing care
- Skilled clinical evaluations
- Wound care
Home Health Care Aides Provide The Following Services:
- Bathing
- Bed tuck-in service
- Grocery shopping / errands
- Hairdressing services
- Light housekeeping
- Live-in services
- Meal preparation
In-home occupational, physical and speech therapy is also
available.
Pastoral Care
Spiritual well being is a powerful part of the healing process.
At Bon Secours, we offer pastoral services as part of our
philosophy of treating the whole person: mind, body and soul.
Hospice Care
These services allow terminally ill patients to remain at
home surrounded by the warmth of family and friends. Our hospice
care program is designed to control a patient’s pain
and maintain a level of comfort that allows them to live at
home.
