Sabrina Soto Molina Sabrina Soto Molina has been with Bon Secours Employee Assistance Program since November 1997, where she started as an intern through Old Dominion University, moved into a position as the Intake Coordinator and was promoted to Employee Assistance Professional Coordinator. Sabrina is a National Certified Counselor (NCC), a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP), and a qualified Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).

She balances her time between seeing clients, managing 10 local and national contracts, and providing training for supervisors and employees. In addition, she provides supervision for colleagues who are seeking their CEAP certification. Her clinical areas of interest include; domestic violence, anxiety, phobias, bereavement, pet loss, martial and self-esteem issues.

Sabrina has a passion for training and has developed several trainings including; The Power of Positive Thinking, The Power of Humor to Reduce Stress, Building Rewarding Relationships and Time Management. She is sought out to provide trainings in the community on a fee for service basis, and has been featured as a speaker for the City of Virginia Beach Fire training department. She has also developed many of the written materials used to promote Bon Secours Employee Assistance Program.

In her spare time, Sabrina enjoys running, kayaking and spending time with her husband and son.
