Managers & Supervisors

Bon Secours endeavors to provide support to managers and supervisors through a variety of workplace services such as Supervisory Consultation, Contract Management, Organizational Development, and Supervisory Training.

Supervisory Consultation:
Bon Secours EAP staff members are accessible 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week to assist Human Resources, supervisors and/or managers in handling difficult employee/workplace situations.

Contract Management:
We assign a dedicated account manager as the primary contact person who will provide quarterly reports, newsletters, satisfaction surveys, brochures, on-going program review, and troubleshooting along with on-site visits.

Organizational Development:
Bon Secours EAP has staff specifically trained in providing consultation regarding strategic planning, executive coaching, organizational issues like workplace policy formation and implementation (EXAMPLE: Drug-Free Workplace Policy), workforce moral issues and violence in the workplace.

Supervisory Training:
This in-person training introduces management personnel to EAP services and instructs them as to the appropriate methods in which to access and use the EAP. The training covers topics such as the manager's/supervisor's role in EAP including identification of troubled employees, communication with employees regarding performance issues, and the EAP supervisory referral process.
