Bon Secours Province Place of DePaul
Bon Secours' newest assisted living facility, Province Place of DePaul, is located on the LifeCare Campus of DePaul Medical Center. This facility offers 63 assisted living and 18 Alzheimer/Dementia suites. Resident suites are clustered in neighborhoods, with private and shared areas. The facility offers a secured living environment, plus assistance with medication management, activities of daily living and respite care. Non-skilled clinical services are also provided.

Bon Secours Province Place of Maryview
This 78-bed assisted living facility in Portsmouth, which opened in 1998, has a 13-bed Alzheimer's/Dementia Unit. Resident suites are clustered in neighborhoods, with private and shared areas. The facility offers a secured living environment, plus assistance with medication management, activities of daily living and respite care. Non-skilled clinical services are also provided.

Continuing Care Physical Rehabilitation Services
Bon Secours provides both inpatient and outpatient services, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech/Language Therapy. Services are available at all three hospitals, plus various outpatient settings, including outpatient clinics and assisted living facilities. Outpatient rehabilitation includes specialized programs, such as Women's Rehabilitation, Balance/Fall/Vestibular Rehabilitation, Industrial Rehabilitation, Orthopedic Rehabilitation (including Spine/Back and Joint Replacement) and Senior Rehabilitation programs.

Bon Secours Senior Assessment Program
Staffed by a geriatrician physician, nurse practitioner and a geriatric-certified RN nurse supervisor, this program offers comprehensive assessments for adults 65 and over. Assessments include complete physical examinations, social assessments, memory evaluations, medication reviews and functional assessments. With caregiver participation, the staff develops individualized care plans.

Bon Secours Home Care

Bon Secours Hospice
The Hospice program services the entire Hampton Roads region. A multidisciplinary team provides supportive care to terminally ill patients and their families, to meet physical, emotional and spiritual needs. The hospice program is JCAHO accredited and Medicare/Medicaid certified.

Bon Secours Private Care
Nurses' aides, under RN case supervision, provide one-on-one personal care assistance. The program is JCAHO accredited and Medicaid certified. Also offered through Private Care is HealthWatch, a personal emergency response system to help people live independently at home and feel safe and secure.
