Full-Time Options

Weekend Alternatives
Option #1:
Work two 12-hour shifts on weekends + one 8-hour shift during the week
Four weekends off annually
Eligible for all Full-Time benefits
Will receive premium pay
Option #2:
Work three 12-hour shifts (Fri-Sat-Sun) for three weekends in a row
Every 4th weekend off
Eligible for all Full-Time benefits except for PTO/Sick bank accrual
Will receive premium pay
PRN / Float Pool Scheduling
PRN Level 1: Unit Based
16 hours per 4-week schedule; weekend/off-shift commitment
based on unit need
PRN Level II: Unit Based
32 hours per 4-week schedule; 16 hours must be on weekends
or off-shifts, based on unit need
Premium pay
PRN Level III: Facility Based (float throughout the hospital)
48 hours per 4-week schedule; 24 hours must be on weekends
or off-shifts (16 on weekends; 8 on weekends or off-shift, based on facility need)
Premium pay
PRN Level IV: Facility Based (float throughout the hospital)
80 hours per 4-week schedule; 40 hours must be on weekends
or off-shifts (24 on weekends; 16 on weekends or off-shift, based on facility need)
