Award
The following individuals at Mary Immaculate Hospital in Newport News received the John F. Janousek Award for outstanding dedication to the hospital's mission:
Sherry Massie, manager of the Heart Center, received the Mission Employee of the Year award. Massie was awarded for her "can do" attitude and contributions to the nursing unit and community.
Frank Giunti received the Mission Volunteer of the Year award. Giunti was honored for his caring attitude, generous arid devoted service and commitment. He has volunteered for the hospital since 1987 and is currently the vice president for fund raising.
