Bon Secours Hampton Roads Hosts
Legislative Breakfasts
In advance of the 2007 General Assembly, Bon Secours Hampton Roads conducted Legislative Breakfasts attended by state lawmakers on the South Side and Peninsula.
These occasions provided board members and administrative staff with opportunities to discuss legislative priorities with elected officials prior to the start of the upcoming session.

PENINSULA BREAKFAST – Delegate Mamye BaCote, Newport News, (second left) was among the legislators who attended the Legislative Breakfast at Kiln Creek Country Club. WARM GREETING – Liz McNamara, Bon Secours Hampton Roads vice president of Strategic Planning and Market Development, and Bob Williams, past president of the BSHR Board of Directors, welcomed Delegate Chris Jones, Suffolk, to the 2006 Southside Hampton Roads Legislative Breakfast.

MR. CHAIRMAN – Delegate Phil Hamilton, Newport News, discussed priorities for the upcoming session of the Virginia General Assembly with Kasia Grzelkowski, Mary Immaculate Hospital board member, and Sister Shaun Patrice Malone, Vice President of Mission for MIH. Delegate Hamilton chairs the House Health, Welfare & Institutions Committee as well as the Joint Commission on Health Care and the Health & Human Resources subcommittee of the House Appropriations Committee.
