Virginia Beach, Va. (April 5, 2007) Bon Secours Hampton Roads Health System announced today the relocation of In Motion Physical Therapy in Virginia Beach, previously located on Holland Road, to the new Bon Secours Health Center at Virginia Beach.  The center is now located off South Plaza Trail (near Princess Anne Road) at 828 Healthy Way.  Physicians may refer patients to In Motion Physical Therapy by calling 463-2540.

“Although our location and facility has changed, our commitment to our patients remains the same,” said Marne Naas, PT, program manager, In Motion Physical Therapy.   “We will continue to offer convenient appointments, which include Saturday hours, easy access to parking and our friendly staff remains committed to scheduling a patient’s first evaluation within 48 hours so they can begin recovery as soon as possible.  Most importantly, our experienced and highly trained physical therapy team will continue to focus on delivering high quality care, personalized treatment and excellent outcomes.”

The new state-of-the-art physical therapy center will offer many programs unique to the Hampton Roads community.  Physical therapy programs include: general orthopedic rehabilitation, aquatic physical therapy, sports rehabilitation, McKenzie Certified therapy, foot and ankle programming,  senior balance programming, orthotic fabrication and worker’s compensation rehabilitation services.  The new In Motion facility now features a Hydroworx pool with resistance jets, underwater treadmill and underwater video analysis.  In addition, the center will soon add hand therapy, functional capacity evaluations and a sports performance center.

“We feel the move to the new Bon Secours Health Center at Virginia Beach will not only allow In Motion to deliver new services but will also offer a choice in treatment options for individuals living or working in the Virginia Beach community,” said Naas.  “In Motion Physical Therapy has an excellent reputation for providing high quality physical therapy services, we are excited to have the opportunity to offer these services in our new location.”
