Norfolk, Va. (April 30, 2007) – Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center is pleased to announce that the following physicians have joined the medical staff.  

	Edwin Cruz, MD, with PrimeDoc, specializes in pulmonary diseases. He received his medical degree from SUNY – Brooklyn, completed his residency at Wright State University School of Medicine and his fellowship at Yale New Haven Hospital.
	Brian L. Gruber, MD, with TeamHealth, specializes in Emergency Medicine. Dr. Gruber received his medical degree from the University of Virginia, and completed residency at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital.
	Bradley S. Howard, MD, also an emergency medicine specialist with TeamHealth. Dr. Howard is a graduate of the University of South Carolina. He completed his internship at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
	Stacey L. Johnson, MD, a specialist in Internal Medicine with PrimeDoc. Dr. Johnson received her medical degree from Meharry Medical College, completed her residency at George W. Hubbard Hospital and her fellowship at Detroit General Hospital.
	Joanne E. Lapetina, MD, emergency medicine specialist with TeamHealth, is a graduate of Eastern Virginia Medical School. She completed her residency at the Medical College of Virginia.
	Christian P. Mannsfeld, MD, also an emergency medicine specialist with TeamHealth, graduated from the University of Alabama and completed his Emergency Medicine residency at Earl K. Long Medical Center. He finished a General Surgery internship at Carraway Methodist Medical Center and a fellowship at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital.
	Garfield H. Samauels, MD, a specialist in Internal Medicine with PrimeDoc, is graduate of Ross University. He completed his residency at University Hospital at Stony Brook and his fellowship at University of Iowa Hospital.
	Gerald T. Pruitt, DO, a specialist in Internal Medicine with PrimeDoc, completed medical school at Michigan State University and his residency at Ingham Medical Center.
	Virginia A. Stewart, MD, is a general surgeon with Drs. Ives & Knowles, Inc. She received her medical degree from the University of New Mexico, and completed her surgical residency at Phoenix Integrated.
