Province Place of DePaul the newest Bon Secours assisted living residence is now open. The new facility is located on the LifeCare Campus of Bon Secours DePaul Medical Center, 6403 Granby Street in Norfolk.

Province Place of DePaul is licensed to provide care to 96 residents, incorporates a unique design where the suites are arranged in small clusters called neighborhoods. In addition to offering suites with a private bath, sitting area and kitchenette, each neighborhood has a formal living room, country kitchen, a TV room, and formal dining room. Residents also have access to a prayer room, central living room, activities room, beauty/barber shop, whirlpool baths, and an enclosed courtyard.

"The senior adults of our community have special needs and Bon Secours, by virtue of our mission, is charged with helping to meet them," says Eileen Malo, Executive Vice-President for Continuing Care, Bon Secours Hampton Roads Health System. "At Province Place of DePaul, we are committed to assisting senior adults keep their independence by offering an environment with the special care and services that they need."

In addition providing 24-hour security, with the comforts and amenities of home, Province Place of DePaul offers assistance with activities of daily living that may include help with bathing, dressing, grooming and help with medications.
